Apprenticeship promotion

Apprenticeship promotion

Help increase the number of apprenticeships in law firms in the coming years and so enable young people to start their professional career.

Only if we ourselves in the legal profession take on the training of commercial staff will we also have well trained specialists at our disposal in the future. The training of apprentices incurs certain expenses, yet the experiences of law firms that take on trainees show that employing apprentices also pays off.

Six good reasons for training apprentices:

  1. By training professionals you demonstrate confidence in the future, secure the important next generation for your law firm and the legal profession, and boost competitiveness.
  2. Your apprentices acquire precisely the qualifications and skills vital to your law firm.
  3. Young people are also important for a good work atmosphere and a balanced age structure in the firm.
  4. You profit from the benefit generated by apprentices (e.g. up-to-date knowledge from the vocational school, paid work already in the first year of the apprenticeship).
  5. Law firms that take on trainees demonstrate proficiency to clients. Training boosts a law firm’s image.
  6. By training apprentices you exercise social responsibility, proving your sense of responsibility.
